Revolt Uprising 100ml EDP By Arabiyat Prestige
Revolt Uprising - Dare to stand apart.
Revolt Uprising is a bold, sophisticated fragrance designed for those who lead with confidence and leave a lasting impression. It opens with an addictive burst of rich caramel fused with the sharp heat of black pepper and Sichuan pepper, balanced by a subtle hint of salt—sweet, spicy, and instantly captivating.
At its core, earthy patchouli meets warm cinnamon, creating a refined and magnetic heart that feels both grounded and irresistibly inviting.
As it evolves, the fragrance settles into a powerful base of glowing amber, smooth oak, and clean vetiver, delivering a woody sophistication that lingers long after you’ve gone.
Bold. Sophisticated. Unforgettable.
Revolt Uprising isn’t just a scent—it’s your statement.

WITR Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy
Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
WITR's 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases is an additional store policy and is separate from customers' rights under the ACL.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, materially different from its description, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, a customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by the ACL.
ACL rights are not limited to 30 days, are not excluded because an item was purchased on sale, and are not automatically lost merely because the original packaging has been opened or the product has been reasonably tested to identify a fault.
Change-of-Mind Returns
WITR accepts eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return:
- The item must be unopened, unused and, where applicable, still sealed.
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging.
- The product and packaging must be free from damage, marks, alteration or signs of use.
- The item must remain suitable for resale.
- The customer must provide a receipt, order number or other acceptable proof of purchase.
- The customer must contact WITR and obtain return instructions before sending the item back.
Products that have been opened, sprayed, tested or used are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are not available for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Sale, clearance or final-sale items
- Items returned more than 30 days after purchase
- Items that have been opened, used, sprayed or tested
- Items with damaged, altered, incomplete or missing original packaging
These exclusions apply only to change-of-mind returns and do not limit any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-Mind Return Costs
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning an eligible change-of-mind item.
Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Customers should retain their tracking information and proof of postage until the return has been received and finalised.
Because perfumes and certain other products may be classified as dangerous goods or flammable liquids, customers must use a carrier and service legally permitted to transport the product being returned.
Customers returning perfume or other fragrance products should contact WITR for appropriate return instructions before dispatching the parcel.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is believed to be faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not compliant with the Australian Consumer Law, please contact WITR as soon as reasonably possible.
The 30-day change-of-mind period does not limit a customer's rights in relation to a valid consumer-guarantee claim.
WITR may assess the product and request reasonable evidence before determining the appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law, the remedy may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
- Reimbursement of reasonable associated costs
- Another remedy required by law
Where a product has a major failure, the customer may have the right to choose between a refund and replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a problem is not a major failure and can be remedied, WITR may choose an appropriate remedy permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.
Evidence Required for Fault, Damage or Incorrect-Item Claims
WITR may request reasonable supporting information to investigate a claim.
Depending on the issue, this may include:
- WITR order number or other proof of purchase
- Clear photographs or video showing the reported problem
- Photographs of the bottle, cap and atomiser
- Photographs of the retail packaging
- Photographs of the internal and external shipping packaging
- Photograph of the shipping label
- Batch code, barcode, serial number or other product identifier
- Description of when and how the problem was discovered
- Return of the product for physical assessment
Customers should provide an accurate description of the issue and reasonably cooperate with the assessment process.
Customers should retain the product and relevant packaging while the claim is being assessed, where reasonably possible.
Visible transit damage should preferably be reported within 48 hours of delivery so that relevant packaging, photographs and carrier evidence can be preserved.
The 48-hour reporting request is intended to assist investigation and does not remove or restrict rights that may otherwise apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product Assessment and Verification
WITR has the right to reasonably assess a product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Depending on the nature of the claim, WITR may:
- Examine the bottle, packaging, seals and cellophane
- Check batch or production codes
- Check barcodes, serial numbers or other identifiers
- Compare the product with WITR's stock and dispatch records
- Review available order-packing or parcel information
- Examine the product colour, fill level and presentation
- Test the atomiser or dispensing mechanism
- Inspect for leakage, loose components or physical damage
- Compare the fragrance with verified stock or a reference product
- Review supplier, importer or manufacturer information
- Compare the product with available examples from the same or another verified batch
Where the same production batch is unavailable, WITR may use a verified reference product, store tester, manufacturer information or another appropriate batch while taking reasonable batch and formulation differences into account.
A difference in batch code, packaging or presentation will not by itself determine the outcome of a claim.
Where identifiers differ from WITR's records, WITR will consider whether the difference may reasonably result from legitimate batch variation, manufacturer packaging changes, supplier variation or incomplete records.
If, following reasonable investigation, the evidence establishes that the returned product was not supplied by WITR, or that the reported problem was caused after supply by alteration, substitution, misuse or damage, WITR may decline the claim to the extent permitted by law.
WITR may retain photographs, correspondence and assessment records relating to a return or disputed claim in accordance with its record-keeping and privacy obligations.
Product Tampering, Substitution and Customer-Caused Damage
A product submitted for fault assessment must not be deliberately:
- Refilled or diluted
- Transferred into another bottle
- Emptied
- Altered
- Repaired or modified
- Relabelled
- Substituted with another product
- Damaged after delivery
Normal opening or reasonable testing required to discover or demonstrate an alleged fault will not by itself invalidate a valid Australian Consumer Law claim.
WITR may decline a claim where evidence reasonably establishes that the reported issue was caused by misuse, mishandling, unsuitable storage, alteration or accidental damage occurring after delivery.
Products reasonably suspected of deliberate substitution, alteration or fraudulent return activity may be investigated further and, where appropriate, the matter may be referred to a payment provider, carrier or relevant authority.
Fragrance Scent and Performance Assessment
Fragrance perception and performance can vary between individuals and environments.
Factors that may affect fragrance performance include:
- Skin chemistry
- Application method and quantity
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Storage conditions
- Individual scent sensitivity
- Production-batch variations
- Manufacturer reformulations
A customer disliking a fragrance, perceiving a strong alcohol opening, experiencing different longevity or projection from another person, or noticing reasonable batch variation does not by itself establish that a product is faulty.
Where a customer alleges that a fragrance is defective, diluted, altered or performing abnormally, WITR may compare the product with verified stock, available batch information and relevant manufacturer or supplier information.
If reasonable assessment establishes that the product performs consistently with an appropriate verified reference product or manufacturer information, WITR may determine that no product fault has been established.
If no fault is found following an assessment, WITR may require payment of reasonable collection, inspection or redelivery costs where permitted by law and where the customer was given a reasonable estimate of those costs before they were incurred.
Cosmetic and Packaging Condition
Whether a cosmetic or packaging issue amounts to a product failure depends on the circumstances.
WITR may consider factors including:
- The nature and price of the product
- Whether the product was sold as new, a tester, clearance stock or imperfect stock
- Product descriptions and photographs
- Any condition disclosed before purchase
- The location, visibility and severity of the issue
- Whether the issue affects safety, authenticity or operation
- Whether the issue materially affects the product's overall appearance and finish
- What a reasonable consumer would expect from a product of that type and price
Outer Shipping Packaging
Minor marks, dust, shipping labels, tape, scuffing or minor compression to an external shipping carton will not normally constitute damage to the purchased product where the retail product and its packaging remain adequately protected and in acceptable condition.
Damage to the shipping carton will be relevant where it indicates that the product inside may have been crushed, broken, opened, wet, contaminated or otherwise affected.
Retail Perfume Packaging
Normal manufacturing or transit variation may include:
- Minor cellophane wrinkles
- Slightly uneven cellophane seams
- Minor corner rubbing
- Very light surface marks
- Small label-position variations
- Minor colour or printing variations between production batches
These matters are not automatically product faults and will be assessed according to their severity and overall effect on the product.
Issues requiring closer assessment may include:
- Materially crushed, torn or water-damaged retail packaging
- Packaging arriving open where the product was sold as new and sealed
- A materially compromised tamper or security seal
- Prominent or deep scratches on the bottle
- Chipped or cracked glass
- Leakage or significant loss of contents
- A detached, loose or non-functioning atomiser
- Missing product components
- Damage that makes the product unsafe or unsuitable for normal use
A customer's intention to give an item as a gift does not automatically mean every minor packaging variation constitutes a product failure.
Gift presentation may be particularly relevant where the product was specifically marketed as a gift set or where a particular presentation requirement was made known to WITR before purchase and reasonably relied upon.
WITR will provide any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law where the product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, including acceptable quality.
Storage and Damage After Delivery
Fragrances should generally be stored upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and rapid temperature changes.
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, WITR is not responsible for deterioration or damage caused after delivery by:
- Incorrect storage
- Prolonged exposure to sunlight or excessive heat
- Leaving the product in a hot vehicle
- Dropping or striking the bottle
- Improper handling
- Forcing or removing the atomiser
- Misuse
- Unauthorised alteration or modification
This does not affect a customer's rights where a defect, damage or other failure existed when the product was supplied.
Return Authorisation and Return Address
Customers should contact WITR and receive return instructions before sending an item back.
An unauthorised return may cause processing delays but will not automatically remove any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers should include their order number or return reference with the parcel.
Once a return has been authorised, the applicable return address is:
WITR
Australia Post - Leumeah LPO
Parcel Collect 10231 03840
Shop 6/12 O'Sullivan Rd
LEUMEAH NSW 2560
Important: Some products sold by WITR, including many perfumes, may be subject to dangerous-goods transport restrictions. The return address above does not mean that every product can be sent through every Australia Post or courier service.
Customers must contact WITR for appropriate return instructions before returning perfume, fragrance or another product that may be classified as dangerous goods.
Customers must comply with the carrier's applicable dangerous-goods, packaging and transport requirements.
Safe Return Packaging
Returned items must be packed appropriately to minimise movement, leakage or breakage during transport.
Where appropriate, customers should:
- Use a rigid outer shipping carton
- Use sufficient protective cushioning
- Prevent the product from moving inside the carton
- Protect bottles and other fragile items from impact
- Follow any dangerous-goods packaging instructions provided by the carrier or WITR
- Use a trackable service that is legally permitted to carry the product
- Retain the tracking number and proof of postage
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for loss or additional damage caused by inadequate return packaging or an unsuitable shipping method, subject to applicable law.
Where WITR provides a prepaid return label or specific return method, it must only be used for the authorised product and order.
Return Costs for Faulty Products
Where a product is reasonably capable of being posted or otherwise easily returned, WITR may ask the customer to return it for assessment.
If WITR confirms that the product has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, WITR will reimburse reasonable return postage or transportation costs paid by the customer where required by law.
Customers should retain receipts for these costs.
Where returning or transporting a faulty product would involve significant cost because of the nature, size or circumstances of the product, WITR will make appropriate collection or transport arrangements where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Where an assessment establishes that the product does not have the reported problem, reasonable collection or inspection costs may be charged where permitted by law and where the customer was provided with a reasonable estimate before those costs were incurred.
Refund Processing
Once an item requiring physical return is received, WITR will inspect or assess it and advise the customer of the outcome.
For approved change-of-mind returns, the refund will be processed after WITR confirms that the item complies with the change-of-mind return conditions.
For faulty or non-compliant goods, WITR will provide the remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, an approved refund will generally be returned using the original payment method.
The time taken for a processed refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, card provider or payment service.
If a customer has been advised that a refund has been processed but has not received it within the normal processing period, the customer should first contact their financial institution or payment provider and may then contact WITR for assistance.
Exchanges
WITR does not generally offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Where a change-of-mind return is approved, the customer may return the eligible item for a refund in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the preferred product.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, a replacement may be provided where appropriate under the Australian Consumer Law.
Replacement delivery times will depend on product availability, the customer's location and the carrier.
Incorrect or Additional Products Supplied by WITR
If WITR sends a product different from the product ordered, please contact WITR before returning it. WITR will arrange an appropriate remedy and return process in accordance with applicable law.
If a customer receives an additional product that they did not order or request, the product may be subject to the Australian Consumer Law provisions concerning unsolicited goods.
Customers will not be required to pay for genuinely unsolicited goods.
WITR may arrange collection within any recovery period permitted by law. During an applicable recovery period, customers should not deliberately damage or unreasonably prevent collection of the goods.
These provisions do not apply in the same way to a parcel or product that was clearly intended or addressed for another person.
Shipping
Free Shipping
WITR offers free standard shipping Australia-wide on eligible orders over $99.
Due to their size, weight or special shipping requirements, certain products are excluded from the free-shipping offer, including:
- Zamzam Water
- Zaky Singing Toy
- Other products specifically identified as excluded from free shipping on the product page or at checkout
Where an order contains a product excluded from free shipping, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
WITR aims to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment has been received.
In rare circumstances, processing may take up to 48 hours due to order volume, payment verification, stock handling or other operational requirements.
Please allow up to 48 hours after payment before contacting WITR regarding the dispatch status of an order.
Order-processing time is separate from the carrier's estimated delivery timeframe.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Shipping service selected
- Carrier network
- Public holidays and peak periods
- Weather or transport disruptions
- Other circumstances affecting delivery
Estimated delivery timeframes are estimates unless WITR expressly states otherwise.
Once an order has been dispatched, carrier delays or operational disruptions may affect delivery.
This does not remove any responsibility WITR may have under applicable law to assist with or resolve a delivery problem involving a carrier engaged by WITR.
Where tracking is available, customers should use the tracking information supplied to monitor delivery.
Signature Required and Authority to Leave
WITR generally requests Signature Required for parcels.
The availability and application of delivery options remain subject to the carrier's systems, service rules, operational procedures and safety requirements.
A customer's request for Authority to Leave does not guarantee that the carrier will leave the parcel unattended.
A carrier may instead take a parcel to a post office, depot or collection point where, for example:
- No suitable safe location is available
- Property access is restricted
- The service requires a signature
- The carrier's service rules do not permit Authority to Leave
- The instruction was not successfully received or processed
- A carrier operational or system issue occurs
Where a carrier does not apply an Authority-to-Leave request for one of these reasons, WITR will provide reasonable assistance with a carrier enquiry where necessary.
Subject to applicable law, WITR is not responsible solely for inconvenience caused by the carrier requiring collection from a post office, depot or collection point where WITR correctly arranged the selected delivery service.
Where a customer independently redirects a parcel or authorises unattended delivery through the carrier, this may be relevant when assessing responsibility for loss or theft occurring after the carrier records valid delivery to the authorised location.
Any such claim will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Missing Parcels and Disputed Delivery
A carrier tracking status showing delivered does not automatically end WITR's assessment of a genuinely disputed delivery.
Customers reporting a missing parcel should first check, where applicable:
- Around the delivery property
- With other household members
- With reception, concierge or building management
- Any safe location identified by the carrier
- The relevant post office, depot or collection point
WITR may ask the carrier to investigate and may request available evidence including:
- Delivery scans
- GPS or location information
- Delivery photographs
- Signature information
- Safe-drop information
- Redirection information
WITR may also request reasonable information from the customer to assist the investigation.
WITR will provide an appropriate remedy where an investigation establishes that a parcel was lost or incorrectly delivered and WITR is responsible under applicable law.
Where evidence establishes that a parcel was correctly delivered to a location specifically authorised by the customer and was subsequently stolen or removed, responsibility will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Customers should contact WITR promptly after becoming aware of a missing or disputed delivery so that carrier records can be investigated while they remain available.
